Yu-Chuan Chrissy Chen
Chrissy Chen is a master’s student in UX Design at Purdue, and she received her bachelor’s degree in Information Management from National Central University, Taiwan. She strives to gain in-depth knowledge of interaction design and user research to help her make human-centered and research-driven design solutions. She is currently a usability consultant intern at Science Gateways Community Institute and has helped more than twenty teams improve their gateway experience.
Chrissy’s design philosophy is to minimize the product and maximize the experience. She thinks a good product should be intuitive and seamless so that users don’t have to pay attention to the design itself but could immerse in the experience. Apart from her passion for design, Chrissy loves backpacking, hiking, kayaking, and cooking.
She plans to graduate in December 2020 and is actively looking for a full-time job as a UX designer.
